Please consider carefully the means of payment to ensure prompt release of the Conformance Test Report (CTR). Conformance Test Reports will not be released until payment has been received in our account

1) Conformance Tests:
i) Will be processed and started as soon as the information is received and verified unless a future start date/time has been indicated.
ii) A successful test will take approximately 36hrs to process from beginning to end. Whilst our expert team are happy to help, please leave 36hrs before asking the team for an update. We will contact you if the test is not progressing and we will work with you to restart the test. (No additional charge).
iii) For CTRs issued by Fulcrum, please check that all details are correct upon receipt. Any changes should be notified to us in writing within 14 days of the date the CTR was sent. After 14 days a reissuance fee will be chargeable.
2) Reissuance of CTRs:
i) Require payment in full before CTR can be sent.
ii) Cannot be issued If the equipment details do not correspond to those registered with the satellite provider.
3) Online Payment:
i) This is the fastest and most cost effective method of payment.
ii) Online payment will avoid incurring a Wire Transfer Fee.
iii) Allows immediate release of the CTR upon successful completion of the Conformance Test.
4) Payment by invoice and subsequent Bank Transfer:
i) This may take up to 5 working days to clear and therefore delay the issuing of the CTR
ii) A Remittance Advice will assist in speeding up reconciling payments but will not be accepted as proof of payment.
iii) Payment must include all charges including any stated bank Wire Transfer Fees. This will be shown on your invoice.
iv) Failure to pay all charges may delay the sending of your document.
There will be NO exceptions to the conditions as stated above. Please do not ask our operators to send CTRs before payment is received by our bank, whatever the circumstances. They are under strict instructions to adhere to the above conditions.
If the CTR is required urgently then you are STRONGLY encouraged to pay online.
All non USD prices are calculated daily based on the USD rate. Your invoice will reflect the conversion at the time of order.
5) Refund Policy:
In the event that the service you have requested has a start date in the future, you may cancel and receive a full refund in the period preceding that start date, providing you request cancellation in writing prior to the start date and in any event no later than 14 days after the initial request for a test. Services with an immediate start date (including services where no start date is specified) are not eligible for refund.
